The Vision of Milano Fashion&Jewels 2026: Creativity, Sustainability and the New Geographies of Fashion Retail

Internationalisation remains one of the event’s key strategic pillars. Alongside the established presence of Spain, France and Greece, Brazil is set to make a stronger debut, bringing new creative languages and perspectives on contemporary jewellery to the show.

From 12 to 14 September 2026, Fiera Milano will once again welcome the international fashion industry for the latest edition of Milano Fashion&Jewels. Now firmly established as part of Fashion Link Milano, the event dedicated to fashion accessories and jewellery will take place alongside MICAM, MIPEL, TheOneMilano, Lineapelle, Simac Tanning Tech and FILO. The format has already proved highly successful, creating connections across the entire fashion supply chain.

The September edition will once again place a strong emphasis on internationalisation. Alongside the well-established presence of European companies, supported by scouting activities in key markets such as Spain, France and Greece, participation from non-European countries is growing. Brazil, in particular, will bring alternative creative languages and perspectives on jewellery to the show, enriching the event through greater cultural exchange.

This focus on global markets is also reflected in the collaboration with Bijorhca Who’s Next, which, through its partnership with Fiera Milano, further strengthens the dialogue between Italy and France. Another key initiative is Milan Loves Seoul, dedicated to the Korean fashion scene, currently one of the most dynamic in the world. Through the project, selected brands exhibiting at Milano Fashion&Jewels will have the opportunity to take part in Seoul Fashion Week and enter the Asian market through a dedicated concept store in Seoul’s Gangnam district.

The Milan event also continues to invest in the future by providing ongoing support for young talent. The 36th edition of the National Young Fashion Designers Competition – Professione Moda Giovani Stilisti, promoted by CNA Federmoda, has long provided an important showcase for emerging creatives.

This commitment is complemented by a dedicated space for the IED Master’s programme in Fashion Design – Haute Couture. Also making its debut at the show will be FABULA – The New Fashion Generation, an initiative dedicated to independent brands and outstanding Italian craftsmanship, with a particular focus on multifunctional wardrobes and total looks.

Sustainability will once again be a key theme through the Slow Fashion Lab, a space dedicated to innovative materials and business models centred on environmental transparency.

Completing the programme is Splendida Puglia, a new hub designed to showcase the region’s manufacturing heritage through a curated selection of jewellery creations inspired by local craft traditions.

Milano Fashion&Jewels therefore looks ahead to a landscape shaped by multiple challenges and opportunities, from research and sustainability to the cosmopolitan outlook that has always characterised the event’s vision. Together, these elements will provide new ways of interpreting changing consumer behaviour and the emerging geographies of fashion in the years ahead.
