The legacy of Lello Fusco: sixty years of work, passion, and values
Fourteen years old is very young, yet it was at that age that Lello Fusco began what would later become his profession, following in the footsteps of his father, an expert goldsmith and wholesaler. In that workshop, he quickly learned countless manual techniques, but also that they are worth little if not supported by the sacred value of one’s word and the importance of human relationships — principles that “still today serve as the moral compass for every decision I make,” explains Lello Fusco.
For decades, he has worked in the silverware sector, rising to the top of the industry in terms of volume and distribution capacity, “with the rare ability to build relationships based on mutual respect and absolute transparency,” he is keen to emphasize.
Behind him lies a wealth of experience that helped him become what he aspired to be, considering that “in over sixty years of my career, I have never left my position, keeping a steady hand on the company’s helm with the same passion that drove me in the beginning.”
Today, that determination is the driving force behind the work of his children. Together, the family has invested both courage and capital to modernize the business with cutting-edge technologies, looking to the future without ever losing sight of their roots. Under the proud gaze of their father Lello, the company continues to evolve — no longer just as a business, but as a legacy of values in motion.
The goal is clear: “to continue growing with reliability and timeless dedication, reaffirming ourselves, together with our partners, as a flagship of the Il Tarì goldsmith center.”
